Hot water springs at Bath, Summerset. If you get a chance you should visit.
In my ignorance I thought a natural hot water spring would be okay to swim in, [like the one we have in Jamaica 'Roaring river'] but there were signs everywhere not to 'even' put our hand in!?!!
There is a spa near by that uses water from the spring. The thought that it has been filtered and treated makes me feel it's no different than swimming pool water. I'm probably wrong but it didn't appeal to me.
Meanwhile the Roman Baths, history and museum was excellent.
