NEWS PAPER PRINT NAILS

Newspaper Print Nail Art Tutorial
You'll need a newspaper, base coat, colour this tutorial used light grey.
70% rubbing alcohol and top coat.

1. prepare nails and cuticles. 
2. base coat and one coat of colour.
3. when varnish is dry dip each nail in rubbing alcohol for 5-10 seconds.
4. place print of newspaper onto nail and hold in place for 20 seconds - then peel off.
5. The print will transfer onto your nails.
6. tidy up the varnish and print from around the cuticles and off the skin.
7. apply top coat.
